Terms & Delivery

Welcome to Naked Paper Wholesale. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us

Naked Paper Ltd is a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 12861535).
Registered office: Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA.

References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Naked Paper Ltd. “You” or “your” means the business purchasing goods from us.

2. Delivery

Where we deliver

• Delivery is free to most of mainland UK.
• We do not deliver to certain remote areas, including:
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands (AB36–38, AB55–56, DD, FK17–21, HS1–9, IV1–63, IV99, KA27–28, KW1–17, PA20–80, PH1–50, ZE1–3)
  • Northern Ireland (BT)
  • Channel Islands (GY1–10, JE2–5)
  • Isle of Man (IM)
  • Isle of Wight (PO30–41)
  • Isles of Scilly (TR21–25)
  • Other outlying/remote areas (ZZ71, ZZ75)

Delivery access & restrictions

Any delivery restrictions must be told to us when you place your order. This includes limits to vehicle size, restricted access times and tail-lift requirements. If delivery fails for reasons within your control (including no one available to accept delivery, incomplete or inaccurate address or access details, or refused delivery) we may charge the related re-delivery or return costs to your account.

Delivery times

• Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days of order.
  
• During busy periods deliveries may take longer.
• Delays disclaimer: While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g. haulier disruption, extreme weather).

Tracking & missed deliveries

We don’t issue third-party tracking numbers. Our haulier’s internal references only work within their system. If you need tracking updates, contact us and we’ll provide the latest information. If you are not available to accept delivery, the haulier will provide instructions for redelivery or collection. Re-delivery or storage charges may apply where a delivery attempt is missed.

Bulk / pallet orders

Large or palletised orders may be subject to surcharges depending on size, weight, delivery location and any access requirements (for example tail-lift).

3. Orders & Pricing

• All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
• Prices shown exclude VAT; VAT will be added at checkout where applicable.
• Prices, discounts, and minimum order quantities may change at any time without notice.
• Any marketing or promotional materials provided remain the intellectual property of Naked Paper and may only be used to promote Naked Paper products.

4. Payment Terms

• Orders are payable in full at the time of ordering.
• Credit terms may be offered at our discretion and must be agreed in writing prior to placing the order.
• We reserve the right to carry out credit checks and account approvals before granting credit facilities.
• If credit terms are granted, invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe (typically 30 days from the invoice date).
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend credit terms at any time.
• Late payments may accrue interest at 2% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily until paid in full.
• If payment is overdue, we may suspend or cancel outstanding orders without liability.

5. Risk & Ownership

• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
• Ownership of the goods remains with Naked Paper until payment has been received in full.

6. Returns & Faulty Goods

Non-fault returns

• We do not routinely accept returns of non-faulty wholesale orders, especially on large orders.
• We recommend placing a smaller trial order before larger commitments.
• If a non-fault return is exceptionally agreed, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging.
• Return postage is your responsibility, and original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or damaged goods

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described. (Photos may be requested.)
• Once confirmed, we will either:
  • Provide replacement goods, or
  • Issue a refund or credit note.
• For approved faulty returns, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a returns label.

7. Privacy & Data

We take your privacy seriously.

What we collect

When you register or place an order, we may collect:

• Company name and VAT number
• Contact name, role, email, phone number
• Delivery and billing addresses
• Order history and transaction details

How we use it

• To process and deliver orders
• To manage your account and invoicing
• To communicate order or account-specific information
• To send marketing emails only if you opt in

Data retention

We retain customer data as long as is reasonably necessary for business, legal, or tax purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and to object to marketing communications. To exercise these rights, email sales@nakedpaper.com

We may update this policy from time to time.

Logistics partners
Your data (company name, address and phone number) will be shared with our delivery partners to facilitate delivery. We use a small number of logistics providers who are under strict contractual control and process all personal and business data in accordance with GDPR.

8. Intellectual Property

All product images, copy, and marketing materials provided by Naked Paper remain our property. Wholesale customers may only use them to sell or promote Naked Paper products and must not alter or repurpose them without written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
